How Fizbo handles listing photos
Fizbo is an AI-powered rental search platform. We help renters discover listings across multiple property management companies through intelligent photo analysis, room-by-room categorization, and feature-based search that doesn't exist on any individual listing site.
Listing photos are loaded directly from their original source via URL. Our servers never download, cache, or store copies of listing photos. When you see a photo on Fizbo, it is being served by the original property management company's hosting provider.
We only index listing photos that are publicly available on the open web without any login, authentication, or access restriction. We do not bypass paywalls, access restricted databases, or circumvent any technical barriers.
Our AI analyzes listing photos to categorize them by room type (kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, etc.), extract features (countertop materials, flooring types, appliance brands), and enable search capabilities that don't exist on the original listing pages. This transforms raw photo galleries into structured, searchable data.
Every listing on Fizbo displays the property management company or listing agent responsible for the property, along with a direct link to the original listing. We direct interested renters back to the source to inquire, apply, and transact.
When a listing is no longer available on the source website, we detect it and remove it from Fizbo. Since we don't host photo copies, any photos from removed listings naturally become unavailable as well.
Fizbo drives traffic and leads to your listings. When a renter finds a property through our platform, we direct them to your listing and your contact information. Our goal is to expand your audience, not replace your website.
